I'm not really supporting this. I'm just posting it for posterity.

Wow I played this for hours on the 360. I was so hype to find the DX version in that BLM bundle
Wow, I didn't know you can play XBLIA games directly. Thanks for this, even if DX is a lot better!
Thanks! I've been sitting on this for a while and I figured now was as good a time as any.
In this overhauled retro styled game with updated graphics, upgraded sound effects, improved physics and much more for a DX, you are on a quest to solve the curse that has befallen the Crescent Isle. Thankfully the curse isn't all bad as even though the people have been turned into monsters such as drills, blobs, icicles, and gravity flipping...things , they can actually be used to help you through your quest.
From what I can see so far, Curse of the Crescent Isle DX looks a ton of fun. It has the charm of Mario by picking up monsters, and the graphical style of a SNES/SEGA release as you drill through rocks, maneuver through spiky terrain, freeze water to pass over the sea, and restore your kingdom to its former glory.
Features :
- Story Mode
- Speedrun Mode
- Boss Rush Mode
- Sound Test
- Local Co-op
- Updated graphics and sound (from the Xbox 360 version)
- Updated game engine with improved physics (ish)
So if this nostalgic trip back to the SEGA/SNES days interests you, give them a greenlight thumbs up through Steam.
